Special Stainless Steels

The group of high-alloyed special stainless steels ranks between stainless steels and nickel alloys.

These iron-nickel-chromium alloys are characterized by higher nickel, chromium and molybdenum contents than stainless steels.

Nicrofer 3127 hMo - alloy 31 belongs to this group and is an outstanding all-rounder. Nicrofer 3033 - alloy 33 with its increased chromium content is designed for applications involving alkaline media.
